Account Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your PlunWorld account and the data associated with it. Deletion is free, available to every player, and does not require you to contact anyone first.

Option 1 — Delete inside the Game (instant)

  1. Open PlunWorld and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and all associated gameplay data are removed immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the Game (lost device, uninstalled app, forgotten password):

  1. Send an email to support@plunworld.live from any address, with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. Include your username and the server you play on.
  3. To protect your account from malicious deletion requests, we will verify ownership — via your recovery email if you added one, or by asking details only the owner would know (e.g. recent purchases, character details).
  4. Once verified, we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (username, password, recovery email)
  • Your characters, stats, currencies and inventory
  • Mounts, skins, outfits, quest progress
  • Clan membership and market listings
  • Security logs tied to your account, at the end of their retention window

What we must keep (and for how long)

  • Purchase records (store transaction IDs and receipts) — retained only as long as tax, accounting and store-compliance rules require, isolated from any other use.
  • Rotating backups — residual copies are overwritten automatically within the normal backup cycle.

Deletion is irreversible. Purchased items and virtual currency cannot be restored afterwards. See our Privacy Policy for full details about data handling.
