War Merit
War Merit is PlunWorld's ranking score — for players and for clans. You cannot spend it; you compete with it.
How to earn it
- Boss rewards — damage tiers on world bosses grant merit.
- PvP kills inside a boss zone — only the killer (last hit), only if the victim died inside the boss ring.
The cap threshold: 10
The number 10 splits the ladder into "climbers" and "champions", and the rules pivot around it:

| Killer ≤ 10 defeats victim > 10 (underdog comeback) | Killer steals 50% of the victim's merit (rounded up); victim loses that half |
| Killer > 10 defeats victim with 0 merit | Killer gains nothing |
The last rule exists to stop champions from farming fresh accounts: there is no merit in beating someone who has none.
Clan War Merit
Clans race on their own merit total, earned only from boss rewards, and only while the earning player is in the clan. Getting kicked does not refund contributions.
